Text Box: The Wildcat Trail

Dogs are welcome on the Trail as long as they are under control.

Please be aware that the Trail has several stiles.  Dog gates are provided where possible, but a dog may sometimes have to be lifted over a stile.

As the Trail passes through areas of croft land, we ask that you take particular note of your dog’s behaviour at these points, keeping it on a lead if necessary.

This  section of the Trail   is fenced to keep out  livestock and so

protect young  trees and  regeneration. It is not necessary to keep a

dog on a lead here.

at this point.
